n8n is a free, self-hostable automation platform — similar to Zapier or Make but more powerful and not locked to a subscription. I'll walk you through setting it up from scratch. You don't need to understand it going in.
We cover this in full during the workshop. The short answer: a few dollars a month in OpenAI API costs plus a small n8n hosting fee — typically around $12/mo per client. Your margin on a $75–$150/mo retainer is healthy.
Yes. The n8n flow files are yours. You can install them for as many clients as you want. There's no license fee, no per-seat cost, nothing like that.
