These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lukas Labs platform and its associated products (collectively, the "Service") operated by Lukas Labs LLC ("Lukas Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lukaslabs.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
We offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service. You grant Lukas Labs a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses AI to generate content suggestions and automations on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any AI-generated content. Lukas Labs makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated output.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, and others). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. Lukas Labs is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lukas Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
